George Sheehan quotes
“There are those of us who are always about to live. We are waiting until things change, until there is more time, until we are less tired, until we get a promotion, until we settle down / until, until, until. It always seems as if there is some major event that must occur in our lives before we begin living.”And he is right . I was searching around for something today and came across a site thinkexist.com , I started to read the sites and the quotes and found that most of them are so right - so relevant to our lives - or at least my life . It seams like there is never any time for anything in life , we are always doing something , I guess for me its just learning how to prioritise what is important in life , family of course coming first - that brings me to my weekend . that Saturday we took off bright and early to go to Bridgewater to visit family - I wanted to wait until we had more time - until we were less tired because it was a long weel , tim wanted to go visit . So with that we decided to go . I was not verry happy as we had lots of things to do at home we could have relaxed at home with Austin ... I am so glad that we went . For the short amount of time that we had we visited my dad , visited tims grandmother , went to firworks , watched a parade and there visited with my grandmother all of my aunts and uncles and a few cousins , It was great ! . Austin got to pet baby chicks - my dad just had baby chicks hatch on friday and saturday and they were so cute ! Austin loved them . He also got to visit with my dad and Bella - for those of you who have been reading this you will know who bella is !!
We also got to visit Tims grandmother Gaile - or as Austin says Nanny Bustin we had supper there and visited for the night - austin even ended up crashing on the floor ! We made a bed for him and he fell asleep on the floor . So instead of waking him up to go back to my dads we let him sleep there . I guess at 1:30 sat night he woke up , got out of his bed went to Gailes side of the bed and looked at her walked around to the other side of the ned where Robert was sleeping looked at him , and then walked back to bed and went back to sleep - I guess he just wanted to make sure where he was . Anyways - all in all it was a great weekend and extremly hot weekend , but I was really glad to see my dad again and I know that Tim missed his nanny :-)
Today when we got home we were back to reality though we cleaned and had bbq for supper . I made strawberry shortcakes for tim and made him that bananna bread that he had been wanting forever .,.. oh no . speaking of bananna bread - there is the times - time to take it out of the oven after all of that I wouldnt want it to burn - chat soon !

Hi...very good blog. Now that I am 61 (ack) I realize that I was much too fanatical when I was younger. I was so worried about a clean house, that I didn't stop to enjoy the children as much as I should have. Things were so different then. Children were to be seen and not heard! Gads...how awful. Well, it appears they survived and turned out quite well actually. And I'm glad I have the chance to make it up with my grandchildren. Sounds like you had a great weekend. Love...Austin's Aunt Marsha...
Great blog - neat to follow Austin's adventures. Glad you had a good time.
